I understand that you are looking for a therapist specialising in depression. I am a professional life coach and meditation teacher and specialise in this area. I have helped many other people in the past and believe that I may be able to help you too. Although I am based in West Yorkshire, I offer a telephone consultation service to clients based further away, starting from £65.00 per hour. This means that you can choose where you’re most comfortable to talk, at a time that’s convenient to you. My normal practice hours are 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 – 16:00 on Saturdays. Appointments are sometimes available outside these hours at an increased fee. Please leave a short message, including your contact number and times when it’s best to call. I will call you back as soon as I can for an informal chat and arrange your first appointment.
