About Kinesiology for Health

Hello. My name is Sarah Flynn and I run a health care practice in Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. My main therapy is kinesiology which I have been practising for 23 years. I also offer counselling and life coaching. My clinic hours are flexible in Brighton, so I can generally fit you in at a time to suit you. My clinic days in Tunbridge Wells are Mondays and every other Saturday.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Hello. My name is Sarah Flynn and I run a health care practice in Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. My main therapy is kinesiology which I have been practising for 23 years. I also offer counselling and life coaching. My clinic hours are flexible in Brighton, so I can generally fit you in at a time to suit you. My clinic days in Tunbridge Wells are Mondays and every other Saturday.

I have a Diploma in Kinesiology awarded by the Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (see www.kinesiology.co.uk) and a Level 3 BTEC qualification in Life Coaching from Newcastle College (see Newcastle College Life Coaching). I am also a spiritual counsellor and ordained Interfaith Minister (see www.osif.co.uk). During my 23 years as a kinesiologist I have helped people with many different conditions including back pain, depression, PMS, chronic fatigue syndrome, hypoglycaemia, IBS, migraine, skin conditions, multiple sclerosis, candidiasis, and many others. Many of my clients have experienced a noticeable improvement in their health and, often complete relief from their symptoms.

I focus strongly on working with you on your diet and lifestyle as these are such important factors in improving and optimising your health. I recommend use of a wide range of supplements to offer you further support in between treatment sessions.
