Is your service completely free?

Yes. Our service is completely free of charge for people seeking quality local natural health practitioners.

Is my personal information safe?

Definitely. We do not post any of your contact details in public. Your contact details will only be accessed by practitioners when you have confirmed to go for the therapy by clicking the 'accept' button in your account. All communication takes place securely through our messaging service in your account. We do not share your personal information to third parties.

It is 100% confidential.

How do I post my enquiry?

Please fill in a request formto describe your needs. The form is simple and it takes less than a minute to complete. The more details you can provide, the more chance you will have to attract practitioners and the easier it will be for them to provide price information and advice.

What happens after I have posted my enquiry?

You will automatically receive an email asking you to verify your email address. You need to click the link in the email to verify your information before receiving information, advice, and a price. If necessary, we will call you to confirm your details.

Once your request has been approved, interested practitioners will send you messages and price information through the site. You can also reply to them through the site.

How do I know if any practitioner is interested in my enquiry?

You will be notified by email when registered practitioners view your enquiry. You can also log in your account and click 'My Therapies'. Any practitioner interested in your job will be shown here.

I just posted an enquiry. How can I check the status?

You can check the status by signing in your account and then clicking the 'My Therapies' section.

If the job status is 'Pending for verification' you don't need to do anything as we are checking your enquiry then.

If the job status is 'Open' you don't need to do anything as your enquiry has been approved by us.

I just posted an enquiry. But why can't I find it in the 'My Therapies' section?

Please check your 'My Archived Therapies'. If the status is 'Close'* but you still need the therapy, please contact us or resubmit your enquiry.

*We may close the enquiry if we cannot verify the authenticity.

How can I accept or decline the practitioner?

Simply log in your account and find the therapy you requested before in 'My Therapies', and then click the 'Accept' button. You can see the practitioner's contact details then. They will contact you soon, or when convenient you can contact them directly for the appointment.

Otherwise, click the 'Decline' button. The practitioner will not send you messages anymore.

I have accepted one practitioner. Do I need to inform the other interested practitioners?

No. We will politely inform other interested practitioners that someone else has been accepted.

I did just 'accept' the practitioner, but for some reason I have to cancel it. What can I do?

Please contact us at support@naturaltherapyforall.com as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the therapy.

What is 'My Therapies'?

Before you make a decision to accept a practitioner, your enquiry will be listed in 'My Therapies'.

What is 'My Archived Therapies'?

Once you accept a practitioner you like, your enquiry will be listed in 'My Archived Therapies'. An 'Expired', 'Closed', or 'Rated' enquiry will also be listed in 'My Archived Therapies'.

What does the job status 'Pending for Verification', 'Open', 'Close' 'Accepted', 'Rated' or 'Expired' mean?

'Pending for Verification': You do not need to do anything. We are verifying your enquiry. This process normally takes up to an hour, depending on how thorough your description is.

'Open': The job status becomes open once your enquiry is approved by us. Interested practitioners will send you messages soon.

'Close': We may close your request if we can not verify the authenticity.

'Accepted': The job status becomes 'Accepted' once you choose a practitioner you like.

'Rated': You have already left feedback for your practitioners.

'Expired': Any enquiry that exceeds one month will be expired. If you have not found your practitioner, please submit your enquiry again.

Why should I leave a feedback?

At NaturalTherapyForAll, we value your feedback! We'd really like to know what you think about your therapy. Your feedback will help other customers before they choose a practitioner and also help practitioners to build their reputations. You'll be helping us continue to offer the very best services to all our customers and practitioners.

When and how can I leave a feedback?

You can leave feedback once you have accepted a practitioner through the site by clicking the 'accept' button. Then you will be able to leave feedback by clicking the 'Rate now' button in 'My Archived Therapies'.

Why has my feedback not been posted?

Your feedback is very important to us and practitioners. We will check all feedback before posted on NaturalTherapyForAll to ensure that the feedback is genuine and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right not to post any feedback if we cannot verify it or it contains any of the following types of content:

  • Personal information (such as your actual name, email address, or telephone numbers)
  • Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for the public
  • Feedback not relating to the therapy
I am not happy with my practitioner. What can I do?

At first we recommend that you discuss any concerns or problems with the practitioner directly. Most problems will be sorted out but if you are unable to find a solution that suits both of you, we recommend that you post reasonable feedback (neutral or negative).

Please note that practitioners have the right to reply to your feedback posted to the site.

How do I reset my password?

Simply click 'Forgotten password' in the 'sign in' page, then enter your email address. You will receive an email with a new password. We recommend that you change it to something you will remember by simply signing in to your account, and clicking on 'Edit password' to change your password.

Can I send you testimonials or suggestions?

Certainly. We are very happy to hear your story at NaturalTherapyForAll. Please email us at support@naturaltherapyforall.com with your testimonials and we will post them on the site if you are happy with that.
