- Client details for your locality are already on file, you can search through all of the requests based on the date the request was made or using the postcode.
- Matching requests are sent via email. Whenever a request is made that matches your criteria you will be sent an email so you can follow up on the request.
- You can send messages to potential clients, clients must have been matched with you through a request, through NaturalTherapyForAll, this helps protect your privacy until you have established a relationship with the potential client.
- Clients are allowed to leave feedback about the services that you provided once they have received the services. Clients can leave feedback about your facility, the service that you provided, and the type of therapy that you provided. The better your feedback the higher your name will appear in the list, which means the more clients you can get.
- NaturalTherapyForAll will also help in contacting your clients, if you do not wish to do so yourself. This is perfect for the cases where payment hasn't been made or an appointment never showed up. NaturalTherapyForAll will contact the client by telephone to make a polite inquiry as to what happened.
Price & Membership
- › How much will it cost to be a member?
It is FREE to register an account at NTFA. If you'd like to contact clients on the site, there are two membership options you can choose from:
Standard Membership-----Contacting one client cost 1 credit (from as little as £2.85). Credits can be purchased instantaneously by credit or debit card.
Gold Membership-----We will give you unlimited credits and also guarantee that you will get at least 6 clients from us within 12 months. If not, we will extend your membership until the sixth client makes an appointment. Golden membership is from £100 per year.
- › What if my golden membership expires?
To ensure you don't miss any new requests, we will send you a notification email before your golden membership expires. You can continue your golden membership by signing in your account and click 'billing' to subscribe.
- › What if I didn't find any clients from you within my golden membership period?
For Gold Members, we guarantee that you will get at least 6 clients from us within 12 months. If not, we will extend your membership until the sixth client makes an appointment. However you do need send tailored advice or information to all potential clients referred by us.
- › I just signed up. Why can't I view jobs?
This may be because you haven't paid the membership fee or purchased the credits. Please log in to your account and pay the fee by clicking the 'Billing'. You can pay your fee using PayPal, or your credit or debit card through the site
- › What if I've purchased credits but my credits balance hasn't changed?
Normally your NTFA account balance usually reflects this purchase virtually instantaneously if you paid by Paypal. If this is not the case please simply log into you account in a few hours and your new credits should be available.

Using NaturalTherapyforAll
- › How can you ensure the enquiries are genuine?
We talk with some potential clients on the telephone to verify their detail and only pass a job to you when we consider it as a valuable opportunity.
- › Why Can't I find clients in my area on your 'find client' page?
If you can't find any client in your area on this page this is because there are not any current local therapists registered for your area. If you are the first therapist in your area to become a member you will have first choice on all of the local clients.
Join us now, we will immediately start online marketing for you. For example, if you are a naturopath in Sheffield, after you become a member you will start seeing results on Google within a couple of days. When searching with the keywords 'naturopathy Sheffield' one of the first results that you will see is our website, which increases your chances of attracting local clients online. Once we get the clients for you, if you think you can help all you have to do is contact them.
- › How can I contact customers about price information and advice?
Once you have registered and paid the membership fee or purchased the credits, you will have access to all jobs and you can choose the one you are interested in by clicking the 'View More Details' button. Then you will be able to see the client's email address and telephone number. Otherwise, you could contact the customer by sending messages through the site.
- › What if I send messages to the client through the site's message system but didn't get a response?
All clients' email addresses have been tested. If you send messages through our message system but didn't get response please send the message again through your own email as our emails sometimes are delivered to their junk folders.
- › What if I found the client's telephone number was incorrect and was unable to contact the client?
If you found any incorrect telephone numbers, please email us at support@naturaltherapyforall.com we will add credits to your account.
- › I have sent messages to the potential customers through the site. How do I know if they accept or decline me?
You will be notified via email once clients accept your therapy. You can also check the status by signing in your account.
- › How do I know if another practitioner has been accepted?
You will be notified by email if another practitioner has been chosen by the customer.
- › How can I find jobs in my area?
Simply go to the 'Find Clients' page, enter your postcode and choose your category. All jobs in your area will be listed below. You can click the 'Posted' button to sort by date or the 'Location' button to sort by distance: nearest first.
- › How many jobs will I get?
We cannot 100% ensure that you will end up working for the customer you contacted. Your results will depend on how you process the enquiries. Our advice is that the sooner you contact the customer, the more likely you get the job.
Experience is fairly varied but our registered practitioners generally manage to get between 15% and 30% of the jobs.

All existing jobs you are interested in will be listed in the 'My Jobs' section once you click 'View More Details'.
- › What is 'My Archived Jobs'?
All jobs finished or closed will be listed in the 'My Archived Jobs' section.
- › What is 'Billing'?
You can buy credits or pay the membership fee here.
- › How can I update my business profile?
Please log in your account and click 'My Business Profile' to update your business information.
- › How can I add more addresses if I have more than one practice?
We do not want you to miss jobs in your area so if you have more than one practice, please email us at support@naturaltherapyforall.com with your other addresses and postcodes.
- › How can I change my email address or username?
Please contact us at support@naturaltherapyforall.com and we will add an option on your account to change your email address.
To change your username, please click the ‘Update Contact Information' section.
- › What does the job status 'Open', 'Accepted', or 'Rated' mean in my account?
'Open': The job has been approved by us. You can contact the client now.
'Accepted': The status becomes 'Accepted' once the client accepts a practitioner through the site.
'Rated':The client has already left you feedback.
- › Why can't I disclose my contact details in business profile?
In the 'Featured Practitioners' section, your business profile will be accessible to all clients if you are one of our featured practitioners. We take your privacy very seriously, and don't want you to receive unsolicited calls or spam email.
Contact details include your website, contact telephone number, mobile number, and address.
- › What is ‘Online Appointment Setting'?
Before you start taking online appointments, you need to set your operating hours first. Thus there will be a ‘Book Now' button appears on your business profile which enables clients to book online through the site.
- › What is ‘Online Appointment Scheduler'?
Our online appointment scheduler allows therapists to manage their appointments online. Simply click the time slot to edit your appointments. You can either add a new appointment or block time slots during which you are unavailable to take appointments. Therefore your clients will be able to see when you are available in real-time and book an appointment instantly.
- › How will I know when I have a New Appointment?
We will send you a notification email. You can also log in your account and click the ‘Online Appointment Scheduler' section. The new appointment will appear on your scheduler.
- › How can I get the Book Online button on my website?
Having the button on the home page clients see will increase your chances of turning someone who's browsing into someone who booking appointments with you. Simply copy and paste the HTML from the box into your website.
Feedback
- › Why is feedback so important at NaturalTherapyforAll?
At NaturalTherapyForAll, we value customers' feedback! It will help customers before they choose practitioners as well as help practitioners to build their reputations. And also, it will be helping us continue to offer the very best services to all our customers and practitioners.
- › I just joined in. How can I get my first feedback?
You can email your client's references to us at support@naturaltherapyforall.com or fax to 029 2092 0291 when you have registered or later on. We will help you start on your feedback score. References need to be genuine as we will verify them.
- › Can I reply to my customers' feedback?
Yes. You have the right to reply to any feedback posted to the site. Please contact us if you received any fake feedback.

- › How do I reset my password?
Simply click 'Forgotten password' in the 'sign in' page, then enter your email address. You will receive an email with a new password. We recommend that you change it to something you will remember by simply signing in to your account, and clicking on 'Edit password' to change your password.
