How much will it cost to be our member?

The membership fee starts from £15 (excluding VAT) per month. There are a number of different offers available if you're interested in advertising on our home page or blog pages (starts from £50 for 15 days). Please email for more details.

What do I get when I sign up?

Once you join us you can access all public enquiries in your area and choose to contact the clients if you think you can help. You are also able to receive direct enquiries from clients when they search by postcode or therapies and find your profile.

How can you ensure the enquiries are genuine?

We call suspicious leads to verify their details, and only pass an enquiry on to you when we consider it a valuable opportunity.

Why am I unable to find clients in my area on your 'find client' page?

We only list public enquiries on this page. Clients send enquiries directly to the therapists - these are private enquiries, and we do not list them on this page.

The other reason is that there are not any current local therapists registered for your area. If you are the first therapist in your area to become a member you will have first choice on all of the local clients.

Join us now, we will immediately start online marketing for you. For example, if you are a naturopath in Sheffield, after you become a member you will start seeing results on Google within a couple of days. When searching with the keywords 'naturopathy Sheffield' one of the first results that you will see is our website, which increases your chances of attracting local clients online. Once we get the clients for you, if you think you can help all you have to do is to contact them.

What if I find the client's telephone number is incorrect and I am unable to contact the client?

If you find any incorrect telephone numbers, please email us at and we will close this enquiry.

How many public enquiries can I view?

As a gold member, you will be able to view 50 public enquiries within your 12 months membership period. As a premium gold member, you will be able to view 100 public enquiries within your 12 months membership period.

How many clients will I get?

We can't give 100% guarantee that you end up working for the client that you contacted. Your results depend on how you process the enquiries. Our advice is that the sooner you contact the customer, the more likely you are to get the clients booked.

How can I cancel my membership?

What is the 'My Enquiries' section?

All enquiries that interest you are listed in the 'My Enquiries' section which you reach by clicking 'View Contact Details'.

What is the 'My Archived Jobs' section?

All enquiries that are deleted or closed are listed in the 'My Archived Jobs' section.

What is 'Billing'?

You can pay your membership fee here.

How can I update my business profile?

Please log in to your account and click 'My Business Profile' to update your business information.

How can I add more addresses if I have more than one practice?

We do not want you to miss enquiries in your area so if you have more than one practice, please email us at with your other addresses and postcodes.

How can I change my email address?

Please contact us at and we can add an option on your account to change your email address.

What is the 'Online Appointment Setting' section?

Before you start taking online appointments, you need to set your operating hours first. For this purpose there is a ‘Book Now' button on your business profile which enables clients to book online through the site.

What is the ‘Online Appointment Scheduler' section?

Our online appointment scheduler allows therapists to efficiently manage their appointments. Simply click the time slot to edit your appointments. You can either add a new appointment or block time slots during which you are unavailable to take appointments. Therefore, your clients are able to see when you are available in real-time and book an appointment instantly.

How will I know when I have a New Appointment?

We send you a notification email. You can also log in to your account and click the ‘Online Appointment Scheduler' section. The new appointment appears on your scheduler.

How can I get the Book Online button on my website?

Having the button on the home page that clients see, increases your chances of turning someone who is just browsing into someone who books an appointment with you. Simply copy and paste the HTML from the box in to your website.


Why is review so important at NaturalTherapyforAll?

At NaturalTherapyForAll, we value customers' feedback! It helps customers before they choose therapists, as well as helping therapists to build their reputations. And, it will be helping us continue to offer the very best services to all our customers and therapists.

Can I reply to my customers' review?

Yes. You have the right to reply to any review posted on the site. Please contact us immediately if you receive any fake review.

How will I know when I have a New Appointment?

We send you a notification email. You can also log in to your account and click the ‘Online Appointment Scheduler' section. The new appointment appears on your scheduler.


How do I reset my password?

Just click 'Forgotten password' on the 'sign in' page, then enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Can I send you testimonials or suggestions?
