- As an ANLP accredited trainer of NLP, Paul McGowran of Seek First Ltd offers a range of ANLP Accredited training programmes.- With us you can achieve NLP Diploma, NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner status and join the leading NLP membership body in the UK, the Association for NLP (ANLP).
- If you are more interested in applying NLP to the world of business then we also offer a suite of programmes designed using our "Working from the Proactive Space" concept.
- These business NLP programmes (Practitioner & Master Practitioner) will enable participants to develop and run programmes in their organisations to assist in the development of high performing teams and high performing leadership.

Qualification details
- I’m an INLPTA Certified and ANLP Accredited Trainer of NLP.- I also hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.
- I have been delivering NLP Training in Cumbria since 2008 and regularly deliver NLP Diploma programmes, NLP Practitioner Programmes and NLP Master Practitioner programmes.
- For businesses I deliver a bespoke NLP Business programme called "Working from the Proactive Space" which unlike any other programme of its type merges the work of Dr. Stephen R. Covey and his 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, with the work of Dr. Carl G. Jung and his Theory of Personality Type (utilising the Insights Discovery Personal Profile) along with Dr. E Berne’s work on Transactional Analysis with NLP.
- This creates the powerful idea of the Proactive Space.
- I offer a practitioner level (manager level) programme as well as a master practitioner (leadership level) programme in the Proactive Space suite.
