Individual classes by arrangement, group classes are on Mondays 6-7pm in Hythe and Tuesdays 9-10am in Saltwood.

Qualification details
I have a BSc in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and a Teaching Certificate in Mindfulness.

I have been engaged in motivation practices for the last 18 years, Mindfulness is my preferred method of delivery.
