  I am a volleyball player and am currently experiencing extremely stiff/sore quads, to the point where I struggle to walk down stairs. I recently started training with Bristol VC and the coach has done some sessions that have been very leg heavy and believe that this may be the cause. I live in Bristol (patchway) during the week. I’ve never had sports massage before but have heard that it can relieve the stiffness. How do you operate? Do I come to you or vice versa as I live with an elderly lady and don’t think she’d be ok with setting up at hers! Also how much do you charge? Please let me know on the above and if it may help as I feel crippled at the moment!
