Hi good morning.my name is Michael and for all of my life I have been very down on myself.for over 25 years I have been on many types of anti depressants. From boroxin , venlafaxin to Prozac.this year I came off them but I sometimes feel like I’ve lost the support of my crutches and feel as if I’m taking my 1st walking steps.
I’ve been going to church for the last 18 months.faith and belief that we are Here to learn . Earth is our training ground and we keep returning here or a different planet to or different did mention.
2 mins ago I was listening to an American phsycologist Dr Weiss who does past life recreation.
I have been wondering if something in a previous life is holding me back and preventing me to take bigger steps forward. Please can you help me, I suppose I just want to be normal again lol it’s been so long ago that I was.
I need this as my life has been 1 big trial of my own doing, I seem to have been very destructive. I’m 56 next and need some happiness before I return home and come back for more lessons.
Lol if I have a choice next time which I know we have.im going to come back with a more of a settled mind .maybe you can help me do this.
I live in Bradford, but my destructive life started in Kept in Huddersfield.
Coming off my tablets has been a big thing for me.
