  I am interested in recieving hypnotherapy for a number of issues such as stoping smoking, anxiety/stress and OCD. Would this be effective for all issues under 1 session or would multiple sessions be required. I am very interested in how the mind works and how to overcome these issues and would possibly look to do some training of my own. Can you please advise me how much a session with yourself costs?
