Detailed Description : I have a 10 (nearly 11) year old daughter who has a lot of difficulty getting to sleep. We deal with it in a relaxed method giving her an extra 30-45 mins reading time at night but it has been a problem for well over 12 months and she has asked for my help to resolve it.
