  My sleeping is terrible if none excistant. I am 7 months pregnant with my second child. My insomnia started as soon as I had my first docs put it down to anxiety and pnd. As I can’t take medication whilst pregnant well they advise not to my choice as well, I’m not sleeping. Need some help as I’m shattered. Just can’t switch off. How hard can it possibly be I used to be able to sleep on a washing line . Hope you can help?!? Many thanks
