  Hello, I’m currently looking into hypnotherapy and possibly CBT as a way to boost my self esteem and confidence levels, which I tend to find can fluctuate quite dramatically. Essentially, I’d like them to be a little more level! I was wondering how much a session costs and how many sessions you generally recommend? Also, do you have any availability for next week?
