  hi there, i was wondering if you could possibly help me. for around 5 years now i have had trouble with panic attacks and not being able to stay at home by myself. i have had 2 lots of CBT which i dont think have helped at all, one age 15 and another age 20. i am now 21, have a 2 year old daughter and want to look into having hypnotherapy to try and stop my panic attacks and allow me to be at home. many thanks
