  Hi, I was wondering if there is any help available for me. I find that when I am faced with certain situations, I get very nervous my heart beat jumps to million beats per second I start to tremble and shake, and this continues for at least ten mins. I go to the gym regularly as I was told this may help. However this has done nothing for me. Tried breathing deeply however that has done nothing for me either. I was wondering if you could help me with this problem, if so what would the cost be? And would it be a guaranteed fix? Kind regards
