  I’m struggling to overcome a few demons which usually come out when I’ve had one too many drinks. I think it all stems from low self esteem and the need to be in more in tune with my emotions. I feel I need to be able to stop myself drinking too much so these demons dont come out. I would be grateful if you could email me to see if you think hypnotherapy would work for me?
