  Hi, i have been an insomniac for a whole year now. I have tried so many different medication to stop my problem and it still is a major disturbance in my life. I have also tried hypnotherapy before and it didnt work but i am thinking of giving it another try. Could you please contact me asap as i really can not cope with it anymore. Thank you.
