  I suffer from anxiety and depression, I am on medication for these but I have a couple of related habits, the most typical is nail biting but I have also developed a new habit of pulling my eyelashes out whichi really don’t like but I can’t seem to stop. 4o I’m wanting further help with this I have tried councelling which has worked in the past but it comes back, so I’m wanting further treatment of possibly hypnosis to help me stop, do you think you could help?
