  Hi I am wondering if you can offer me some help with my youngest daughter she is 12 in November. She starts High School next month. I have had problems with her over the years where she wont go and be left on her own (for example if I go upstairs she is too scared to be downstairs, going to the bathroom on her own etc). She has extremley terrifying dreams especial this last month and have had to resort to having her in my bed which is not doing me or her any good. I have tried counselling but felt that as no use so wondered about hypnotherapy to see if we can get to the bottom of things and go from there. I am pretty desparate now as mine and her eldest sister as well as hers sleep pattern is shattered. I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any appt tomorrow that would be fantastic.
