Detailed Description	:	Hi I would like to bring my 15 year old daughter to see you. She gets extremely anxious and then uses controlling behaviour (food, exercise) as a coping mechanism. She is about to enter GCSE year and she would like to change this pattern of behaviour and find other coping strategies. She is away until Saturday 3rd September but available after that.
