Detailed Description	:	My daughter has just turned 11, she has struggled to get to sleep for over a year, this causes her anxiety as she can spend 2 hours laying there trying! We’ve tried herbal remedy, lavender, hot water bottle, soothing music and more! I do think she may have some food allergies causing her excessive wind which isn’t helping her!
