  Hi, I have suffered an addiction to gambling for 30 years approx. I have had long periods of abstinence but had several binges which last about a week and cause alot of distress to me and my family. My wife believes NPL or CBT or possibly Hypnotherapyis the answer and i am open to anything. I have had counselling and attended G.A on and off for many years without sustained success. Regards
