Detailed Description	:	Hi I am 25 years old. I am on the autistic spectrum - high functioning but suffer with anxiety and low mood . I wish to manage these issues without using medication such as anti depressants ( I have used these in the past and have recently come off them with horrid side effects)I feel I am at a point when I will benefit from counselling - I think CBT counselling would be helpful .
