Detailed Description	:	Hi there, I’m looking to book an appointment if possible? My back round is that in my childhood my parents had an abusive relationship and when they split in my teens my mother became an alcoholic. I’ve somewhat struggled as well since my teen years with anxiety, I’m not sure what’s triggered it now but it’s all started getting on top of me and I’m not the person I know I can be, which is causing my family to get increasingly worried and urge me to sort it out. I’ve been to my GP who has given me a two week prescription of sertraline and advised that I pursue counselling, the counselling he recommended has a waiting list but with getting the ball rolling on things I’d prefer to keep it going rather than giving myself time to possibly talk myself out of it.
