I am looking for a good counsellor or Brief Therapist in your area. My 27 yr. old daughter suffers from extreme stress and anger issues. she has a stressful job with irregular hours. I am a counsellor myself but feel the she needs to see somebody independently. I will be paying her fees and need to know more about how you work. I don’t believe in many therapies, particularly hypnotherapy, i would like a more CBT based therapy. Can you help?
