Detailed Description : Hello I am emailing you today as I would like to understand if counselling would be apropicate for myself. I have always over thought everything, and although never seeked a diagnosis I believe I have OCD. However, recently it has started getting worst. i am overthinking everything detail. I would like to try and understand why I do this and if there are any techniques I can use to help me stop doing this. I look forward to your response.
