Detailed Description:Hello, Ive been having nightmares for about a month now and have seen my doctor and they think counselling would be a good route to go down. Im a litte unsure on how i feel about it all, but i know that i really just want a normal sleeping pattern back because its really starting to effect other areas of my life now. Was just wondering if you could help at all with my situation? i live locally and am 22 and havent really suffered from anything like this before.
