I am feeling overwhelmed, unable to cope. Drink and cigarettes are a crutch. I have had the ten years from hell and kept going, but feel that it has been at a huge cost. I work full time as a teacher with a big post of responsibility, but I have a light timetable on Wednesdays, free from 10 until 12 and from 2pm onwards. regards
