Detailed Description:Hi, I am trying to seek a counselling service for my brother. My brother is 20 years old and seems to suffer with possible body dis-morphia. He always find something about himself he doesn’t like, from stretch marks on his back to now acne. He is currently attending a skin clinic and wants to get laser treatment but he already believes they will not give him this option. This is affecting his life so badly he is now unable to attend his university place and he is certain that his life is not worth living - implying that he feels killing himself is the only option. My mother is incredible worried and doesn’t know what kind of help he needs. I would be so grateful if you could advise me on whether counselling would be available for him or if not, if you could point me in the right direction for what help he needs.
