I have been on venlafaxine for 2 1/2 years for intrusive thoughts anxiety and depression. It also helped me get over the last hurdle of recovery from a 20 year history of anorexia. It seemed to work fantastically....I gained weight...felt more positive....knew I didn’t need a coping mechanism.....
However in the last few months I seem to be indulging in behaviours that I would never have done previous to starting medication. I also seem to have lost the ability to feel any kind of guilt.....also my ed is making a slow return....I know I want to be well but I don’t know how to tackle any of this
I would be grateful for a reply and maybe info on what you may potentially be able to help with if you are not busy.
