Detailed Description : I am a retired person and am suffering from anxiety related to my previous professional life and my present family life. These anxieties are affecting my relationships with my family and friends and are affecting my health generally. I have been to my GP and there is nothing physically wrong with me. He has advised counselling. I would appreciate your advice.
