Good Evening I have recently been arrested for domestic violence against my wife. I am extremely upset and utterly remorseful for my actions. I am due to attend court on 21/8 and due to my bail limits I cannot see/contact my wife. I recognise I have anger management issues and suffer from stress - taking this too far and in trying to support our relationship asserting too much control if this makes sense. I believe it is extremely important to start a process of managing this. I hope my wife and I are able to work things out, however, I recognise this will not happen unless I can in the immediate both acknowledge my issue and work to prevent this happening in the future.
