  Hi We are interested in CBT/hypnotherapy etc for our daughter age 12 who for many years has severe anger overload issues and we all want to find a non stigma way of supporting her to be able to manage this more effectively. We were thinking that perhaps a few family and then perhaps individual sessions might help? My husband and I have both had and received various forms of psychotherapy and in the past have had reservations about CBT so would also be interested to hear from you about its effectiveness as opposed to more in depth psychotherapy.
