  I’ve been suffering from what i believe to be tennis elbow/golfers elbow in both arms for about 12 months - i’ve had 3 lots of steroid injections which have done nothing - the main problem is my forearm muscles, although there is slight pain on my elbow - the main pain, which is excruciating, 24/7 is in my forearm, i cannot pick anything up, stretch, grasp anything,it’s agony in a morning to the point it’s difficult to straighten out. i also have pain on the golfers elbow side, which seems like the tendonrunning from my elbow down my arm, again, painful 24/7 - someone recommneded active release technique????
