  i have a huge fear of any rides at fairs and theme parks which seems to have been there all my life. ive tried to go on things but it makes me feel so scared, im pleased with myself once its over but getting on one really isnt easy. I want so much to be able to go on rides with my children and partner but something just wont let me and then i feel disapointed with myself for not doing it, but i just feel like i cant.
