  i have a very bad case of depression and i have tried all most everything but nothing worked .i fell that am sicking more and more ... i always have to force my self out of bed or ill just lay there day and night , dont fell like talking to anyone . but my biggest problems are low self a esteem , negativity ,felling constantly low , felling like i dont want to live anymore ,(not suicidal )cant control my feelings just feel like crying all the time , literally everything in my head is negative no matter what anyone says i always take it wrong and the opposite ,,,... i need help please ...
