Detailed Description	:	Suffer dreadfully with BDD started at 13 now 54!!! - phobia of being seen especially in the sunlight (thats is a huge trigger the sun) - always mirror checking- not feeling good enough- constant comparing - 'jealous' fear of partner wanting and preferring other females - exhausted- depressed- on empty .. Dont want to die but don't know how to live... everyday a constant struggle - scared - lonely- and on top of that aging process menopause !!!!!! Desperate to get help so I don't feel this way 24/7 to be able to feel comfortable in my own skin! Not feel so ugly (skin on my legs crepey and also shape and flabby! - used to be my only good area i felt comfortable with even tho i criticised at the time..... able to wear shorts etc- I live abroad at the momentvand for the past 2yrs specially last year becoming a recluse. .. just constant comparing Soooò tired .....Desperately Need help asap cant go on like this anymore ..
