Detailed Description : I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. I avoid going out with friends and sometimes even family, this all started about 2 years ago. I have recently started medication. I get really bad brain fog and sometimes I can’t concentrate at all. I main concern at the moment is I’m avoiding eye contact. Hope someone can help
