I’m Sally Richards a mature, empathic, Complementary Therapist and Reiki Master. I Teach reiki and provide a range of natural therapies - including reiki, reflexology and aromatherapy. I began my reiki practice in 2007 in order to help others in the same way that reiki had been beneficial in my own life.
Awenaura provides Reiki, Reflexology and Aromatherapy with both an holistic and clinical approach. This approach is ideal to help with most health concerns and conditions, and for relaxation and general wellbeing.
I also provide Awenaura Journeying Therapy - ideal for anyone who needs some focus, balance, feels stressed, lost, or ’stuck’ ... or simply in need of some TLC.

I have been a Professional Reiki Practitioner for over five years and a Reiki teacher for four years. I have membership with the UK Reiki Federation. I completed a three year part time degree in July 2012: A Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies.

I Provide Aromatherapy.
I also provide Awenaura Journeying Therapy - suitable for anyone who needs support, feels stuck or lost, or just needing some TLC and clarity in life. I provide Vertical Reflex Therapy, Energy balancing, chakra balancing (with reiki) as well as reiki workshops and taster sessions.
Complementary Therapies aim to relieve stress, anxiety, pain, depression, and are complementary to conventional medicine. Over the years I have worked with clients with various health issues and concerns, including these conditions.
