I AM THE CATALYST & FACILITATOR OF THAT HEALING JOURNEY.

As an Energy Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience, I have on offer a variety of energy practices for you to choose from. These include two forms of Reiki, Australian Bush Flower Essences, Access Consciousness Body Processes and The Bars, Crystal Healing; there are many other tools that I have picked up through my own personal journey and studies, including Holistic Counselling techniques.

Our bodies have the amazing ability to heal anything that comes its way, most often it is our thoughts, emotions and beliefs that create the imbalances that lead to disease. My work helps to fire up these healing properties to clear imbalances in a gentle way without the need to explore any of the details.

For those who would like to take their journey further, I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in two forms of Reiki and run classes for groups or individuals.
