Life is often very stressful and extremely difficult and sometimes those around you don’t listen to you or don’t understand you, or the support that you need just isn’t available to you.
I can offer you the support that you need, and I will be able to help you work through your thoughts, feelings and emotions and what is currently troubling you.
You may be feeling anxious, lonely, isolated, stressed, angry, guilty, confused, frustrated, vulnerable or overwhelmed. You may be finding it difficult to make sense of these feelings on your own. You may be feeling depressed or low and don’t know why you feel the way you do. You may be experiencing grief due to loss or bereavement or feel that life is getting too much for you and you just can’t cope.
During a session I will offer you the opportunity to talk about your current difficulties. I will be here to solely focus on you and to listen to you and to help you. I will work with you so that you are able to gain more insight into your feelings and emotions and why you are feeling the way that you are. This will increase your self awareness which will help you to grow stronger and you will learn to cope better with your life and any difficulties that you are faced with now and in the future.
I will utilise my skills in Psychodynamic Counselling, Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology. As Psychodynamic therapy focuses on the possible connection between what you have experienced in your past and how these experiences may be influencing you in the present, I will, if relevant, spend time with you looking back into your past and helping you with your past.
I will also use, if necessary, the other skills which I have acquired, including Attachment Theory, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Psychoanalysis.
I will offer you a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment where you can share your difficulties with me, without judgement, in confidence, and GET ALL THE HELP THAT YOU NEED.

I am located a few minutes from The Oracle, Reading Town Centre, and within easy reach from Reading Station.
Free allocated parking is available right outside.
