About Enhance Life Therapy

Bobby Keeling has over twenty years experience in the delivery of healthcare advice and over five years of practice as an integrative therapist. Bobby works both independently and with a team of integrative therapists at the Fountain Therapy Centre in New Road, Croxley Green.
Bobby is passionate about the enhancing life through the provision of integrative hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP to clients throughout Watford. Further training has enhanced her skills in art therapy techniques and mindfulness.

Bobby works with your challenges in mind, her belief that therapy should be delivered in a caring and compassionate manor is a foundation of her work. Bobby believes that for therapy to bring about the best outcomes there needs to be empathy, respect and confidentiality assuring a professional and safe framework that supports every clients individual experience.

The therapeutic journey can be difficult, there are reasons why change can be elusive, using a unique blend of therapeutic approaches can bring about a much more comprehensive route to solve anxieties and challenges in life.

Sometimes words fail us, it can be difficult to express the issues and communicate our feelings with talking therapy alone. Bobby has a unique creative background and can help you use art therapy techniques like creative journalling to facilitate a more relaxed yet powerful connection with your therapeutic journey.
