Weight Reduction/Virtual Gastric Band
I was trained by Sheila Granger the pioneer behind this program . The program is based on 4 weekly sessions, Through hypnosis the brain convinces the brain that the stomach is full after smaller amounts of food by reducing the stomach to the size of a golf ball. I offer tailor made sessions to motivate you and work with you take control of your eating. I also offer separate weight management session tailor made to deal with your issues eg. cravings, motivation
Anxiety/stress/confidence
I my self have suffered with anxiety and low confidence. If your feeling frustrated, anxious, worried, stuck or want to move on with your life but feel you cannot. I will help resolve your issues using hypnotherapy, nlp, eft to help you make those changes and enable you to get on with your life in a caring and compassionate way. Please feel free to call me regarding any emotional issues you have. I fully understand how it feels.
Pain management
Are you suffering with Arthritis, back pain, any type of pain, I can show you how to deal with the pain, so your in charge and can manage it successfuly even get rid of the pain. I use, hypnosis and self hypnosis and eft, nlp I will teach you the techniques. Im currently working voluntary at the Arthritus Society and work with clients to manage their pain.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am a member of the GHR. As part of being a member I have to do cpd training to update and learn up to date training.techniques I have specialized training in the Virtual Gastric Band, The Hypno Thin Programme, I have attended different weight managment programmes so I can help and inspire people to make those changes and work with all weight issues that people have. Motivation, emotional eating,binging and snacking. Iam also trained in Anxiety, stress, IBS, Smoking, pain Managment. I work with empathy and senserity.
