About Homeopathic Wellness: Homeopathy fascinated me after I found that a chronic condition I suffered from for many years, much to my surprise and joy, totally disappeared after taking this treatment. I found “homeopathic wellness!”

I was so impressed that I vowed, once my two children went off to university, that I would study this fascinating 200 year old medical system myself, and I undertook a 4 year programme of study to attain my diploma to practice Homeopathy, topping this up with a further two years to gain a BSc (Hons) also studying medical sciences and the research evidence for homeopathy.

I have been qualified for over ten years and have practiced at trauma clinics for Victim Support in Lambeth and a homeless hostel in east London where I further developed an understanding of a range of medical problems as well as mental health issues such as depression, behavioural problems, anxiety and addiction. I have also practiced locally, however, many people do not know what homeopathy is or where to find a clinic. In Loughton, we are lucky to have a wonderful clinic for natural medicines and therapies up at Goldings Hill (see details below) and also more recently – for new mums, the Bababoom Pregnancy Therapy centre.

Other concerns & issues I deal with: Homeopathy treats the whole person; both mental and physical symptoms together. The effects of the remedies can boost the general health of women, men, teenagers, children and babies. Homeopathic tonics trigger energy & immunity. Helpful for age asscociated problems, Skin problems. Homeotoxology medications for those who prefer natural immunity or can’t tolerate vaccines. Allergy treatments. Many clinical trials support the use of homeopathy.
