About Jane Butcher
I am a friendly experienced UKCP registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, with a nursing background. I have my own practice, and also work as a therapist for a charitable organisation locally. I work both a face to face, and also by telephone I offer appointments convenient to you on Monday to Friday between 08.30am and 17.00pm. How Can I help you? I provide a confidential, safe, private and comfortable environment for you to talk to me about the worries or concerns that are causing you problems.. I offer a completely non-judgemental, open minded and accepting environment for you to explore your feelings. My aim is to help you understand your difficulties and enable you to work towards a more peaceful position.What types of problems do I help with?
My Counselling Service can offer you support with a multitude of different life challenges: including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also offer Couples Counselling, and help with Anger Management
If you are experiencing difficulties with your relationships, lack self-confidence, are low in mood, or have depression I would like to help you. I can also help you deal with problems from the past, as well as more recent concerns. It may be that you have difficulties with low self-esteem, or suffer from one of the many forms of anxiety, have addiction issues or problems with sexuality. All of these can be helped with some counselling sessions with me. I am also able to offer support if you are going through a period of change. If you are feeling stressed at work or at home, are coping with illness or are caring for someone. Just give me a call.
