About Antonia Masson
I am a qualified, accredited Counsellor and Hypnotherapist.In Counselling I use a integrative approach with you thinking about the different therapeutic approaches, I will work with you on your presenting issues, develop and strive to promote personal understanding and growth, listening and staying with you on the journey.
My experience is varied and comprehensive. I work particularly in the areas of loss and bereavement, separation anxiety, stress, anxiety and depression; I firmly believe have talking therapy can open many doors to thinking about underlying problems affecting quality of life and progression.
I enjoy working therapeutically with clients with learning difficulties and feel that this is an area of great understanding and value.
In Hypnotherapy I will work with you in a empathetic exclusive bespoke way. Taking your lead I employ an individual treatment programme working with you on issues such as quitting smoking, phobias and fears, weight loss, individual behaviours causing anxiety, managing stressful situations in the workplace and beyond.
A valuable and powerful therapy to change difficult and challenging thinking and improve quality of life for the client and their relationships.

I am an accredited member of The National Counselling Society with a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling MNCS (ACC).I am a qualified hypnotherapist a Professional Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society MHS.
I have extensive professional experience in working with children and young adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
Post Graduate Certificate in working with Adolescences with Mental Health Issues from the Tavistock Centre in Swiss Cottage London
I have over 20 years as a Teacher and Senior Manager in Special Education with a professional interest and accredited qualifications in Behaviour Management
I have a long term involvement with dealing staff experiencing workplace stress and wellbeing issues.
