  Having suffered with work related stress for over 25 years, I am so gratefull to Duncan for his exellent treatment which has given me some superb techniques to relieve what has been a crippling condition. Since seeing Duncan I have been promoted at work and am 100% more confident and in control.

  I’ve had weight problems since I had my 1 child in January 2010. I’ve never been able to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy. I’ve had 2 sessions with Duncan and lost nearly 2 stone. I’m over the moon with how he has helped me and not only with the weight loss but the sessions have showed me how maintain my stress level’s which help me manage my life and work much easier. I will be continuing with my treatment with Duncan for other things I believe can also be cured. I have also recommended to a friend who he has also help immensely.

  I suffered with headaches for about 30 years.I relied heavily on painkillers, I must have taken thousands over the years. I had a course of 6 Indian head massages over a 3 month period. I’ve been almost pain free for 3 years now. Natural remedies are the way forward. Not only did it work it was a lovely treat. Duncan has the best ’healing hands’ I know.

  I started smoking at a young age mainly when i was with my friends and boyfriend at the time, I started to get addicted nearly straight away and I really regretted my first cigerette. I went to visit duncan for hpnotherapy to help me stop smoking, at first i didnt think anything of it I thought it wouldnt work, when I went to see Duncan he was so polite very friendly. He started to ask questions such as why i wanted to give up and when I very first started, I felt calm and at ease with Duncan. Duncan then was ready to hypnotise me, he made sure I was comfy and then he started talking to me in a quiet calm voice he got me into a deep state of relaxation. I asked me to try and open my eyes but i was so relaxated I just couldnt even open them my body was so heavy I just couldnt move my body, from this point on it went a bit blur but i do remember him saying the next cigerette I take a drag off will taste so disgusting and that taste will last for over and hour. When I started to come back around Duncan made sure I was okay, gave me water and told me to relax, he was so perfessional with what he did with me. I can happily say I havent smoked a cigerette since Duncan hynotised me, I hate the smell of them and also I cant be in the same room as people when smoking it makes me feel sick which im glad about because I know i would never go near one again. The session cost me £150 which I think is a great price because I will be saving myself so much money from not buying cigerettes and I feel so much better in myself after this session with Duncan, I would reccomend Duncan to anybody.
