About Herbal Spirit

I have been involved with the holistic and complementary field for over 20 years. My training has involved furthering and integrating knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western Holistic Medicine.

At Herbal Spirit, I work with Herbal medicine, Reiki healing, Seichem healing and Meridian Therapies (EFT). You can benefit from these therapies individually or collectively. It really is up to you what holistic treatments you choose to work with. I offer a number of bespoke treatment packages to manage stress, resolve anxiety or phobias.

My herbal and holistic practice, the Holistic Room, is based in Rushden during the week and weekend. Please contact me to book your appointments; 24 hours minimum notice.

I do offer a mobile service to the less able bodied and those that would prefer a consultation at home or work.

I am told my down to earth attitude encourages patients and clients to appreciate the physical, emotional, mental (and sometimes spiritual) aspects of an holistic approach to life. I consider that we all have the ability and choice to bring our health and lives into balance; and that each approach is unique to you.

There is no health issue or Iife challenge that is beyond help. All you have to do is decide how and when you want to move forward.

I encourage you to consider why you may have imbalanced health or personal issues; and how it can reflect your life. My main aim is to help you thrive and enjoy life to the full.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I am an Independent Herbalist. I qualified as a professional Herbalist in 2003 through the East-West College of Herbal Medicine ( a degree equivalent qualification). I completed my clinical practice in Nanjing, China and also in London, UK with Pierre Cousin M.BAcC, M.URHP. Previously, I was a member of the URHP for over 12 years.

I originally trained within the Tera-Mai™ healing system as a Master-Teacher (March 2001); I am currently a member of the Reiki And Seichem Association (RASA). I also qualified as a licensed practitioner of Meridian Therapies in July 2000 (which includes EFT™) with the UK Association for Meridian Therapies (AMT).

From 1994 to 2016, I worked with 1000s of people through Spiritual counselling, Clairvoyance and Mediumship. I still offer these services to many people locally, nationally and internationally.

Further Information

I’m a firm believer that holistic and complementary therapies are as important for maintaining good health as they are for attaining better health.

Addressing any health issue while it is relatively minor, please go to your GP and get a formal medical diagnosis (a Dr is the only Health professional who can legally do this). Then decide how you want to improve your health and who you want to work with - conventionally or holistically. I look forward to hearing from you.
