We offer Reiki training courses in central London at the tranquil, luxurious, zen and very stylish myhotel Bloomsbury, a short distance from Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations. Our Reiki training courses take place in the spacious, relaxing West Room. Myhotel use Feng Shui in all of their hotels to create a harmonious and positive atmosphere, making the hotel a fabulous location for a peaceful and inspirational Reiki course. Reiki is very simple to learn and to practice. Our Reiki training courses include manuals, certificates and post-course support. We offer Reiki training to all levels in the traditional style of the founder, Mikao Usui. Reiki Training Level 1 Course

This basic healing level Reiki training course is used for self-healing on a spiritual level. A Reiki level 1 training course is a stepping stone to level 2 and you learn ’rei’ (spiritual) healing.

A Reiki level 1 training course begins your spiritual healing journey and teaches the fundamental principles of Reiki, such as what Reiki is, the science behind Reiki, how to self-heal, how to scan the body for energy weaknesses and the Reiki ideals.
By the end of this Reiki training course you will be able to use Reiki to heal on a spiritual level and have a grasp on the history of Reiki and how it can and should be used.

Reiki Training Level 2 Course

This Reiki level 2 training course is the Reiki practitioner level, allowing students to use Reiki professionally if they wish. It also allows the Reiki student to use Reiki on a physical and emotional level, to work directly on physical injuries and illnesses and emotional traumas, stress, depression and anxiety. A level 2 Reiki training course is the ’ki’ part of the Reiki training, enabling you to use lower frequencies of energy.

By the end of this training course you will be able to use Reiki for yourself and others on a physical and emotional level, comprehending how to use the Reiki symbols (shirushi) jumon (mantra) and kotodama (power of language) in order to achieve this. You will understand how to interview clients and abide by any relevant laws.

My training, work experience and any achievement

London-based Reiki in the City offers Reiki training to all levels, in the traditional Japanese style of the founder Mikao Usui, and Reiki healing treatments in central London. We also offer stress management solutions for companies in and around London. Our stress management interventions include Reiki training days (which incorporate meditation and other relaxation techniques) and onsite Reiki healing sessions, so employees don’t even need to leave the office.

Reiki is a fantastic way of reducing stress and improving general health and well-being. In addition, Reiki in the City can come along to events and exhibitions and provide Reiki treatments to encourage visitors and consumers to your company’s stand. Reiki training for the general public takes place at the zen-inspired myhotel Bloomsbury in central London. We provide Reiki training from beginner (Shoden) to teacher (Shihan-kaku) level. Our London Reiki training courses are comprehensive, fun, educational, conform to the new Reiki Council NOS standards for Reiki and include manuals and certificates. Reiki students also receive free post-course support via email and now via our new website.

Students have travelled from all over the world to attend our popular Reiki training courses, including America, Austria, Brazil, Greece, Holland, Jordan, Kuwait and Spain. Reiki healing treatments are offered at two venues: The Klinik Massage Centre and Stillpoint London, minutes away from Liverpool Street Station in central London. Reiki in the City was established by author, journalist and Reiki teacher Dawn Mellowship and fellow Reiki teacher Andy Chrysostomou.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality originating in Japan that allows a trained Reiki practitioner to channel naturally occurring external energy into an individual, in order to promote health and well-being, reduce stress, boost the immune system and work directly on physical and emotional issues.
