The ancient treatment of colour and crystal therapy will have you renergised and boost your immune system to leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.So how does colour therapy and crystal healing work? Colour therapy works on the scientific principles of vibration. Each colour emits a particular vibrational frequency that can be equated to organs in the body. So for example if you are feeling heartbroken, the colour green is ideal to promote your wellbeing as it matches the electromagnetic frequency of your heart. Crystals work in a similar way, each crystal emitting their own unique frequency. These two methods combine create a powerful healing tool which aligns mind, body and spirit.
So what does a treatment session include? Firstly you will have brief chat with Suneet to find out what your needs are so the treatment outline can be tailormade to your needs. Suneet will then use a few chosen techniques to work with you. These may include guided colour meditation, silk scarfs, colour breathing, solarised colour water, defined crystal layouts and more.

A little bit about Suneet......
Suneet graduated in Interior Design in 2006 and has since run a successful Interior Design company running large high end projects both in the UK and Middle East. In 2012, Suneet decided to move into the holistic sector and qualified in the healing techniques of Colour Therapy and Crystal Healing. Suneet also began using her natural intuitive abilities by giving colour tarot readings to help those looking for meaning in how they choose to walk their path. All this lead her to opening Divine Souls at the end of 2012 where she has the opportunity to support and restore others back onto their lifes journey.
