About Relax Rebalance
Hi, I’m Rebecca Hogan and I set up Relax Rebalance to help people by offering complementary therapies that help you relax and feel calmer. By creating a deep state of relaxation, mood is improved, tension is released, sleep is improved and therefore your sense of wellbeing and any ailments can improve too.Why not book for a treatment now and become a more relaxed and revitalised you. My warm and quiet home treatment room is only a mile from Wokingham town centre. The benefit of being just out of town is there’s no need to dress up or find money for parking.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I’m a newly qualified reflexologist, (Sept 2012), with the latest techniques and procedures. I studied for my Diploma in Reflexology with Calming Influences in Southampton. The course has enabled me to complete professional treatments to a very high standard. Your treatment is tailored to you as an individual based on what information you have given me during the confidential consultation.I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and I abide by their code of conduct and am fully insured.
By April 2013 I will also have completed my Indian Head Massage course and be half way through my Bach Flowers for Homeopaths course.

Reflexology is a way of mitigating the stresses of modern life.
Reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Reflexology works holistically and helps your body to restore its balance naturally Most people feel relaxed after their treatment and sleep especially well that night. However it’s not possible to know in advance how you as an individual will react.
There have been some positive research projects carried out but there isn’t a large enough body of evidence for us to make clinical claims as yet.

£5 off your first Relax Rebalance reflexology treatment. £30 for a 45 minute treatment, normally £35.
Appointment time is 1 hour 10 minutes, including a confidential consultation.
I’m a member of the Hero’s Clinic campaign and offer a £5 discount to ex-service personnel and veterans. So all Reflexology treatments including the first and subsequent ones are £30 (£5 off).
